Online Safety: A guide for parents
During COVID 19 we recognise the increase in use of technology. This brings lots of challenges to both school staff and parents to keep children safe online. The use of technology will be a huge advantage to support the delivery of learning experiences for pupils, and there are huge benefits from the appropriate use of online resources. However parents, school staff, need to be aware of the potential risks that go along with this.
As a school we have worked with National Online Safety to provide a huge amount of resources for parents and carers.
Are you interested in learning more about how to keep your children safe when using apps, social media and gaming? If so, there will be an internet safety session held at The Neighbourhood Nest, Overthorpe CofE Academy, Edge Top Road, Dewsbury, WF12 0BH at 9am on 11th...
